Andrew Pickett is a tenacious trial lawyer with over a decade of experience advocating for victims' rights. After serving as a prosecutor and litigating thousands of cases, he shifted to private practice representing North Brevard County residents injured by negligence and misconduct. Dedicated to improving access to legal advocacy locally, Pickett established a new office in Titusville to serve injured residents in the community and surrounding areas.

He has undertaken rigorous trial skills training, including graduating from Gerry Spence’s esteemed Trial Lawyers College in 2018. This helped him secure a $6.7 million verdict for a client in 2023. Pickett’s mission is to break down barriers to justice so all have a fair opportunity to receive maximum compensation for personal injury, wrongful death, civil rights infringements and abuse.

After being part of a unique preparation process Andrew uses to prepare his clients for presenting their story to a jury, I attended one of his trials to watch the process unfold. I was in awee as I observed how he left no stone uncovered with the depositions, visual aids, videos from relevant physicians, (who shared in lay terms with the jury...how the crash had impacted the client medically and changed the entire trajectory of their life).
